Mini-Pufts Join Universal Orlando’s Ghostbusters Sand Sculpture

In a follow-up to this past weekend’s sneak peek, Universal Orlando’s Ghostbusters-themed sand sculpture at the Hard Rock Hotel now appears complete, just ahead of the resort’s summer festivities!

Once again shared by Inside Universal, the finished sculpture prominently features franchise staples, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and Mooglie, better known as the no-ghost logo. Joining in on the fun are the mischievous Mini-Pufts, now spotted climbing throughout the display while holding onto a PKE Meter.

Inside Universal also shared that similar sand sculptures have begun appearing across the resort, with all 11 hotels set to feature one. Alongside Ghostbusters, the growing lineup currently includes a Kung Fu Panda display at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, a Back to the Future-themed sculpture at Universal’s Aventura Hotel, and a Jaws display at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel.

Located directly within the lobby of Universal Orlando’s Hard Rock Hotel, the Ghostbusters installation is expected to become a popular photo opportunity throughout the summer season, especially as the franchise’s footprint across the resort continues to grow.

Beginning this weekend, May 23rd, the Universal Mega Movie Parade returns for another season at Universal Studios Florida. Originally debuting in July 2024, the parade quickly established itself as one of the resort’s largest entertainment offerings, featuring more than 100 performers and elaborate floats celebrating Universal’s cinematic legacy. Alongside franchises such as Jurassic World, Jaws, E.T., and Trolls, Ghostbusters once again takes center stage as part of the spectacle.

Ahead of both the summer festivities and potential Halloween season offerings, Ghostbusters continues to maintain a noticeable presence throughout Universal Orlando Resort, and as always, if anything further does appear, we’ll be sure to report.
