BAY CITY, Mich. (WNEM) – A sculpture park and garden is coming to Bay City.
The Jefferson Project, a placemaking organization, announced the project Friday. The project costs just over $1 million.

Avram Golden, executive director of The Jefferson Project, said the park will feature rotating sculptures.
“We don’t have a sculpture park in the area,” Golden said. “This is an opportunity to continually have rotating presence of sculpture. Working with community members, artists, residents coming in, working with local artists and telling the story of our community.”

The park is expected to be finished by November.
