San Ramon, CA – The City of San Ramon is excited to introduce Third Thursday Arts & Eats, a new monthly event that brings together local artists and great food to foster community connection. The event will take place on the third Thursday of each month from May through October, from 5–9 p.m., at Dougherty Station Community Arts Center (170011 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94582).
The evening market will feature approximately 10 local artists showcasing and selling original artwork, handmade goods, and creative products, alongside eight rotating food trucks offering a variety of cuisines. Guests are invited to explore the art market, enjoy live acoustic music, and sample food from some of the region’s favorite food trucks.
Located outside Dougherty Station Community Arts Center, the events will also include opportunities to connect with community partners such as the Dougherty Station Library and Diablo Valley College San Ramon Campus through pop-up activities, demonstrations, and informational booths. The events are designed to activate the campus area and provide a welcoming space for residents to gather, connect, and support local artists and small businesses.
“Third Thursday Arts & Eats is an exciting opportunity to bring the community together in a creative and engaging way,” said Adam Chow, Recreation Supervisor. “We’re looking forward to creating a vibrant monthly gathering where residents can enjoy art, food, and community in a relaxed outdoor setting.”
The event is free to attend and family-friendly, offering a casual evening destination for residents, families, and visitors to enjoy art, food, and community connections.
