More than 140 lots, including Chinese ceramics, paintings, and furniture, are up for sale.
The collection, assembled by three generations of the family in the first half of the 20th century, is part of Christie’s “Art of Asia” auction.
All works will go under the hammer on October 30.
The Palmer family is known for founding biscuit company Huntley & Palmers.
This is also the first time the sale has returned to London since 2020, coinciding with Asian Art in London, which runs from October 30 to November 12.
A Christie’s spokesperson said: “This marks a remarkable opportunity: the final chapter of a collection built by the family behind Huntley & Palmers, the most famous biscuit company in the world.
“This is also the first time the sale has returned to London since 2020.”
The Palmer Family Collection makes up 112 of the lots for sale, alongside other private collections, including a rare Xuande mark and period gilt-brass-alloy figure of Shakyamuni Buddha, and a collection of imperial cloisonné enamel works of art.
The auction also features a small selection of Chinese paintings and calligraphy.
The art can be viewed in person at Christie’s King Street galleries from October 31 until November 11.
The auction starts at 12pm on October 30.
